We loved the hotel's central location, just a few steps away from Plaza 9 de Julio, and the tranquil back garden. We also appreciated the friendly staff, who gave us great advice about local restaurants. The breakfast was good enough to start the day, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
For us, it was ideal.

The staff, and Gabriela in particular, were absolutely fantastic! They catered for every need and their helpfulness was outstanding. That is what sets this hotel apart from any other regular type of accommodation! The location is excellent, a few blocks from the main square, and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

This hotel is well located in the heart of the city, only a stone's throw away from Plaza 9 de Julio. the rooms are spacious and clean, and some open up to a lovely back garden. Staff provides helpful and friendly service, such as arranging laundry or making phone calls. Breakfast is included.
Some minor issues may occur, such as noise echoing in the rooms due to the building being an old house.

Very nice and friendly staff
The toilet facilities were very bad. Dirty, old and the hot water was slightly warm but definetely not hot. Also, I did not like the fact that they offer "parking service". You are invited to park in a sort of private garage across the road, but then you have to pay for it and then the hotel will refund you from your bill. This is not good service.

This hotel is situated in the downtown area, perfect for those looking to explore the city. the rooms are quite spacious and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were always available to provide directions and recommendations for places to eat and visit. One of the advantages we enjoyed was the complimentary airport transfer included in the room rate.
The furnishings were basic and the rooms showed some signs of wear and tear. the hot water took some time to come through, making it difficult to take a shower in a timely manner.

Great value & friendly staff
Spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was a memorable one! The room was spacious and clean, with fresh towels and linens every day. The location was unbeatable, as it was in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of pastries and fruits. But what I loved the most was the friendly staff, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.
The room needed some maintenance work, as there were some cracks on the walls and the bathroom sink was leaking. the courtyard area where the rooms were located could get loud at night, as other guests were socializing and making noise.

Very representative of the culture and style of Salta.
Not on the best street, but close to the center of town.
